Now Available: Electronic signature of New York e-file authorization forms

Legislation passed in 2020 allows taxpayers to electronically sign New York State E-File Authorization forms. 

Now you can use eSignature to digitally collect signatures for New York and New York City returns, including: 

• Individual Forms TR-579-IT, TR-579-PT, NYC-579-UBTI, and NYC-579-EMP
• Partnership Forms TR-579-PT and NYC 579-UBTP
• Corporate Forms TR-579-PT and NYC 579-COR
• S-Corporate Forms TR-579-COR and NYC 579-GCT
