If your login information is only associated with one Customer Account Number there will be no change to your login experience.
If your login information is associated with multiple Customer Account Numbers's we have made it easier to identify which Customer Account Number you are accessing account information for:
- Sign in to My Account with your user name and password.
- You will now see a list of the Customer Account Numbers your login is associated with.
- Click Select to login to the account you need.
Once you are logged into My Account you will need to Sign Out to access a different Customer Account Number. To sign out choose the drop-down menu in the upper right and choose Sign Out. The next time you login you will be able to choose the account you need to access.
