Your computer voice recognition isn't perfect and it can give you choices to choose from, none of which are correct. At least give us the option to say "operator" so we can get a human.
It was enhanced:
"Intelligent voice assistant: When you call us for help, a new listening tool will be able to route your call to the right agent much more quickly."
I am shocked that the new system is not perfect.
Haven't tried the new Intuit system but I find it annoyingly common with many "customer service" hotlines these days that choices for operator are buried under various obscure options, almost as if they really don't want you to speak with a live human being.
But everybody is missing the amazing part of this post ------------------ Intuit actually answered the phone!
