The checkbox in Options, General for Use 64 bit email client is missing.  I can no longer email my clients.  Part of the program I paid for.

The Tax Year 20 program was updated to automatically detect which client to use (32 bit Outlook or 64 bit Outlook), but there's an issue that will be fixed in our upcoming Jan 20 release... along with a different setting to allow you to use a non-outlook 64 bit client.

The Tax Year 20 program was updated to automatically detect which client to use (32 bit Outlook or 64 bit Outlook), but there's an issue that will be fixed in our upcoming Jan 20 release... along with a different setting to allow you to use a non-outlook 64 bit client.

If you need resolution before Jan 20, please email proseries_engineering@intuit.com and we'll see if we can apply a manual work around.
