Overrides in Billing and other non-tax entries should not produce warning

Chris4794

I often override billing amounts or codes, such as when I have already prepared estimated payment forms for the client but the return is competed after several estimates have been sent in or when I decide not to bill for a What If tax worksheet. I really don't need the warning to show up when I go to file the return that these overrides might affect the return that goes to the IRS, because they won't. None of that information goes to the IRS. So I would really appreciate it if those types of overrides did not produce that warning at the last minute when I go to file the return.
