Hi,
I just installed and setup the ProSeries Professional 2020 in my computer. I setup myself as Admin and I'm the only user of the app. When I open the app, after logged in, I kept on getting this error:
Your firm administrator needs to grant you access
Would you like to send an email to the administrator(s) at your firm requesting online access? [Yes][No]
When I clicked on "Yes", I got error:
"An error occurred attempting to send request for access.
Would you like to send an email to them requesting access?" [OK]
I didn't get any email or anything.
Please advise.
