Is there a code (ie-9999) to use when there is no SSN or ITIN for an individual? This is on a K-1 from a 1065 so no real immediate tax consequences. Thank you.

You can't file with a dummy number.

There's tax consequence when it comes to the partner reporting the income.  Is that a foreign partner who is a nonresident alien?
