Check your account settings but if you call customer service on Monday, they’ll be happy to take your money

If you complain enough they will fix problem and give you discount. They try not to piss off (and lose) customers.

They sent out notifications back in May reminding people to use Auto Renewal.

Apparently that doesn't happen if there is a glitch and no quote in your account
