Why is the VK-1 from Form 502 not part of the filing copy to Virginia?

Virginia does not require individual VK-1s to be efiled if the consolidated VK-1 is efiled. So, individual VK-1s are not included in the government copy of the return. You should still see them in the client copy of the return. By law, the individual VK-1s still must be distributed to each partner and the consolidated VK-1 is not allowed to be distributed instead due to confidentiality requirements.
