Why is ProSeries asking that a pdf for a written acknowledgement for a charitable contribution of $500 be attached as a pdf in order to file a return electronically?

The review function of ProSeries states that a pdf for a written acknowledgement for a charitable contribution of $500 be attached as a pdf in order to file a return electronically.  This is the first time I have encountered this.

Is this a non-cash contribution ? or Cash contribution entered on Smart Worksheet ?

Enter it as 2 $250 contributions and see if that takes care of the issue
