Where is the master password? export my clients e-mail addresses

I am trying to export my clients e-mail addresses for a Holiday letter but am being asked for a Master password. Where would I find this information we are on the network license would this make a difference

I'm not on a network, but The master password for ProSeries is in Tools, Options, Passwords
