You must manually change the carryover information from sales tax to income tax. This has never been like this in prior years.

Client files transferred into 2018 in Dec or early Jan had the bug.
It was fixed a few weeks ago, but the only way to implement the fix on the client files is to Delete the client and re-transfer from 2017.
