When will AR1103 be released? There isn't a release date and help desk says it cannot be escalated.

I contacted support who then contacted their "back office people." They said that there wasn't a release date and that it couldn't be requested.  We're halfway to 2020 and I still have to use ProSeries 2017 to complete S-Election for our Arkansas clients. Then I have to roll the client forward into ProSeries 2018. I'd rather not have to roll the client forward TWO years in a few months.

As of 2018, an Arkansas S election is no longer needed. The federal election is accepted.

I'd be happy to cancel the order for torches and pitchforks once this is confirmed!

If support couldn't help, you aren't going to get any luckier here.  All I can suggest is to get everybody you know in Arkansas to keep calling and complaining to Intuit.
