skeramidas
Level 4

Inherited home from deceased parent.  Many expenses to make home salable. Where can I list these expenses and make sure it shows up on Schedule D at long-term loss (inherited)

Can you believe in the 20+ years using this software that I've never paid attention to that. I never saw the inherited portion. I've always entered directly to schedule D. Cool!!

Just show "inherited" for date acquired and it will auto show LT.

DID THEY TAKE OUT THE WORKSHEET FOR INHERITIED PROPERTY?  CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE??

ALSO LOOKS LIKE THEY REMOVED THE WORKSHEET THAT MADE IT EASIER TO ENTER ALL THE STOCKS THAT WERE SOLD????
