What if my computer runs a 64-bit version and still have the same problem (program crashes while trying to print)?

Im on 64bit and my program was closing every time I tried to print.  

I uninstalled the 1040NR module and restarted both my computer and printer and I was back in business.

Do you have the 1040NR installed?
