Can anyone explain to me why there is over an hour wait to speak with  ProSeries rep in the middle of the day ???  The season is not even in full swing yet !!!  The price keeps going up, and my support keeps going down !

The reason? It is the first day and they are swamped. Try posting your question here and you MAY get a real quick solution.

Because it is the first day of e-filing and there are some issues out there so everybody is hitting the phones.

ex-AllStar, ex-Lutefisk taste taster, ex-ACME product tester
and ex marks the spot where those rocks and anvils hit me.

Great way to start out the tax season.  They should prepare for this.

Given efiling opened today (and, with many issues it appears) I would say that the season IS in full swing. And it's Monday, so everyone is back in the office & needing to call.
