Solved: Virginia Division of Taxation EIN

Can anyone tell me where to find the EIN for the Virginia Division of Taxation? ProSeries is requiring the number from Form 1099-G in order to efile all returns, not just VA. Taxpayer says he doesn't have it and I can't get the form online. Any suggestions?
