I have a client who needed to file for 2018. All information is input and reviewed. When I go to file electronically, the return is not transmitted because the product needs to be updated. I've encountered this many times, ran the update, problems solved. This time, ProSeries wont allow me to update the installed product. Not even Refresh updates is working. Any suggestions?
There was a recent Windows update, make sure thats completely installed and not waiting for you to restart the computer.
Id keep ProSeries closed and run th REFRESH Updates option from the Windows Programs menu, see if that works any better.
