I am being prompted to pay per return when trying to e-file but I have the unlimited software. I have reset my licensed products, but no luck.
Has anyone else had this issue? Did you get it resolved?
I have been on hold for 50 minutes.
Ive seen multiple people now that purchased unlimited Basic but then downloaded and installed Professional (which is Pay Per Return if you paid for Basic)...so be sure youre using Basic and not Professional.
If youre confident youre in the right program, try to Re license your product Tools > License Product
