THE STATE OF NJ ISSUES THEIR 1099G WITH AN AMOUNT IN BOX 1, LABELED UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION. THEY DO THIS EVEN FOR "FAMILY LEAVE & DISABILITY" EITHER OF WHICH IS NOTED IN THE NOTES BOX AS "FAMILY LEAVE INSURANCE" OR "DISABILITY".
SINCE IT IS LEAVE OR DISABILITY FROM GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT, ARE EITHER OF THESE SUBJECT TO THE $10,200 WAIVER?
IF NOT, HOW DO YOU EXCLUDE ON PROSERIES BASIC?
