Unable to retrieve license

My program is not allowing me to retrieve the product license files so basically I am able to login but unable to do anything as it shows that I am "unlicensed" - all of my license information is in order so there is no reason this should be happening. Anyone have any idea what to do to combat this?

Can you describe exactly what happens when you invoke the menu "Tools->License Products"?

I restarted the computer and went to tools, license products and then it came up as it should. Maybe it just needed a minute! Thanks!
