Trying to renew my Refund Advantage through the tax software and on my account in Intuit and I keep getting this Pay-by-Refund application error Bad request

Not many users hanging around this joint use that service so you might want to give support a call.

CAN YOU GIVE ME A GOOD NUMBER I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL DAY AND SPOKE WITH 3 DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE

Go directly to the Refund Advantage website and renew there. It will ask you what software you're using. 

FYI- Refund Advantage had major issues in TY2017 & 2018. I know they offer the largest incentive payouts to preparers, but I would recommend using another Bank Product.

I have use TPG since 2016 and never had an issue is this year
