I am trying to transfer files from a network to my laptop to work on at home. In prior years, I just went to the top of the client names in the homebase view and went to the Homebase View window, made sure it was highlighted in blue in the view and then went up to file, open client and then picked the client from whatever source drive I wanted.
I then opened the file, and saved it to the laptop drive.
Now the top client in the homebase view is in gray like I am picking that client to open. This happens even if I go to the Homebase View window, highlight it in blue. So I cannot move more than one client to my laptop.
Is anyone else having this problem? How do I resolve it?
