I am trying to transfer my clients from last year but it is not responding
I am having the same problem transferring clients from last year. The files can be seen in IDATA for 2019 but they are not loading into the 2019 program.
For the heck of it, double check that your from and to directories are correct.
Thanks, I think all are correct but the "transfer button is not even activating after I select the from and to directories
You get a message that the program has stopped responding?
No, it just doesn't let me transfer. After selecting the file from my computer, the transfer button is not even activating, so I am not able to click the "transfer" button bcause it is not letting me
I don't use professional, but does all need to be selected on homebase?
Short of calling tech support, I suggest you unstall and then reinstall the program.
