Solved: TP electronically filed an extension and we had the boxes check to electronically debit quarterly payments. Will the 1040-ES the second quarter be sent?

We overpaid the 2018 return for the first quarter. However, I am wondering if the second payment would have went out. We electronically filed the extension and check the box to have them electronically debit for the second quarter. We haven't filed yet and we are in Q3.

The request to debit ES payments is only transmitted with a return, not an extension.
