today'sProseries update won't install, can't e-file without installed 04-10-20

went to 'update installed products' today,  because wouldn't e-file without update. 

update looked like it was installing, but didn't - click on install, and the install box goes away - but seems to show a negative 1800 install progress.

can get the program running, fortunately, but don't think can e-file until this installation is installed - what to do next? when tell to update installed products, just goes to what was downloaded.

If you can access the program use REFRESH Updates from the Updates drop down menu on the toolbar.

If you cannot access the program, use REPAIR updates from the Windows Programs menu, from the Start button

Program won't even start. Worked great yesterday.

What's going on? I have two corporate returns due tomorrow. URGENT!
