How do I change the time out so I don't have to put my password in all the time

You can't.  It's a security measure dictated by IRS regulations.

Many have suggested/mentioned buying a "mouse wiggler" program that fools your computer into thinking you are still using it.

Many E&O insurance carriers frown up it, and 'might' use it as an excuse to not honor your insurance coverage should you be hacked.
