STATE REFUND RECOVERY ON FEDERAL WRONG.

Proseries is not figuring the state being taxable on the federal correctly.

On two of my returns that should have had it taxable, it was marked sales

tax claimed last year instead of state/local tax.  Proseries staff, can you 

please fix this.  Thank you.

They fixed this issue several weeks ago.  Client returns transferred into 2018 in Dec or early January still had this bug.  You'll have to either delete and re-transfer your clients or mark the correct box (income taxes, not sales tax) on each clients state refund worksheet that was transferred in early.
