You must told Windows to store your password originally.  Google how to delete it.

I get this message EVERY TIME I open Pro Series (2017 & 2018) on EVERY workstation my office.  I click NO and Pro Series then opens.  WHY does this pop up EVERY time?

Did you try hitting yes just once?  Because although Intuit does not allow a stored password windows thinks it does.  All Intuit lets you store is the email or user ID if you answer yes to let windows store.  This happens every time Intuit forces you (60 days?) to change your login password.  You only have to store it in Windows once after you change to get rid of that message.

Some folks have no sense of humor.  Hopefully those folks are planning on being cremated when they die otherwise their families are going to pay a fortune to the mortician to try to wipe the scowl off of their faces.

Because:
1) Folks think they are entitled to FREE help
2) Folks are clueless about what this forum is really about/for
3) All of the above
