Task manager close anything intuit running (not only proseries but quickbooks, etc.) and if it still persists, reboot your machine and then attempt to download.

I rebooted machine still same problem

I clicked to download basic 18 but it says a version is already running but nothing is happening. How do I stop it from running so I can redo the download?
