The paid preparer signature is incorrectly flowing to the wrong line in the signature section of IL-1040-X. It is flowing to the taxpayer signature line and needs to move down one line lower to the paid preparer section. See Step 11, just below line 38 of Illinois 1040-X. Thanks!
