Sign 2017 form 1040 in behalf of Taxpayer?

Signer has POA, how do they sign?

This POA is not Form 2848, the POA is actually called Durable POA for Asset Management.

Note: T/P is still alive, just NOW CURRENTLY not able to sign any documents.

On Page 1 of 2017 Form 1040:

Your Signature?   Signer's signature and write Co-Attorney-in-fact under signature?

Your Occupation:  Use T/P's Occupation in 2017?

And attach signed and notarized POA.

I Just found this also.....to me, if anyway possible, definitely better to get T/P to sign, otherwise a lot more time and detail will be needed to satisfy the IRS.

Thanks George for your prompt reply!
