says no updates available but won't efile because version is no longer valid

unprecedented issues this year for me.   

Efile status constantly out of sink.   

Continued problems where program is not updating

Continued problems where cant find common files

Continued problems where it says no updates available but yet the efile fails because it shows that a more current version is available.

Any help would be appreciated.

My work arounds have been rebuilding database.    Refreshing all selected returns.  Reinstalling client.   ....SUCH A WASTE OF TIME.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?  Have you ever thought about switching to Drake?

been using for about 10 years.  This is the first year with these kind of problems.

Might be forced to do full uninstall and reinstall but who has the time for that and who can get through to tech support.

Ughhh
