I had Pro Series Basic 50 last year. I want to downgrade to Basic 20 this year.  My renewal does not seem to give me the option of changing the product, only renewing last year's. Any way around this other than a phone call?

Your best bet is still to call Sales Support.

I think *only* customer service will be able to help you...  we are just fellow users of the software.

I be the wait time for a sales call is a lot less than the wait time for a tech support call tho Smiley Wink
