I had Pro Series Basic 50 last year. I want to downgrade to Basic 20 this year. My renewal does not seem to give me the option of changing the product, only renewing last year's. Any way around this other than a phone call?
I think *only* customer service will be able to help you... we are just fellow users of the software.
