In that topic, there was the suggestion to contact Intuit.
"I can't get anyone to fix my account, why?"
Because right now, you are asking Peer Users.
"Level Up" is a gaming function, not a real life function.
Tried that, but they have not seemed interested in fixing my account so that this is not an ongoing issue, so I am trying to get the attention of someone that might fix the issue. And since they sent me an email today telling me that I can go into my account and do this I am posting again that I can't.
