Recovery Rebate Credit for ITIN taxpayers with dependents with SS#

So if both taxpayers have an ITIN and their dependents have a social security number will they qualify for a stimulus payment? If so for the first and second stimulus? How would we reflect it on the Recovery Rebate Credit form?

One of the parents need an SSN for you to get the RRC for the kids.
