You need to read the information at irs.gov.........they DO NOT want us to do amended returns

The IRS has specifically said NOT to amend yet.

As of now, the preliminary indication is that the IRS is going to try to automatically fix things, without the need to amend the Federal return.

I guess your response was the better one because they didn't have to read the info at irs.gov
