Updating Installed Products

I am trying to update my installed products. Instead of just installing them it now requires me to enter an admin user name and password. I assume it is the same as my user name and password for Intuit. However, it will not accept my current password as my password for this new sign in screen. It shows at the bottom of this new login screen my domain name. Any ideas?

I can't say I've seen this issue mentioned before.

Are you just a single preparer office on stand alone software, or are you on some type of a network or have other users registered under your license?

Win 10 sometimes will not allow changes unless you are signed in as an administrator.  Have you tried using your credentials for your computer?
