Quick Collect forms

For some reason, the Quick Collect bank forms are printing with a big watermark on them that says "Form not Final Do not File" Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there any explanation/date for it to be ready? SBTPG told me everything is set on their end.

The same is happening in my firm with Quick Collect Disclosures Forms. I called twice to Proseries to ask if its allowed to be signed with that watermark "FORM NOT FINAL" and "DO NOT FILE" and if its allow to efile to their server before February 12th and they just sent me several links. STILL NO ANSWER AT THIS POINT !!!!!!!!

My office spoke to someone at Intuit yesterday that gave us the date of February 18 for the Quick collect forms to be final. I have no idea how true this is, but that is the info I was given.

I am having same problem.  I just wanted to use the e-signature to have the client sign the forms before February 12 date so that I can send it through.  Hope we can get an answer soon.  Will this delay the filing of the return?  It still says ready to send.

I finally got through to Pro Series and got a good answer to this problem.  The agent said that the form only says Do Not File because it does not get filed with the paperwork.  It is for our records.  The reason it says Not Final is because it has not been approved yet through the system of e-filing.  It sounds good to me and since we are not getting errors, it will go through for e-file.  I'm going to try it.  Hope this helps.

FINALLY!!!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!! After several calls (5) I decided to get transfer to an USA agent and not outsourcing supporting (They just type the problem description). Thanks to Agent SOFIA from FLORIDA my State, she told me "this is what you need to do":

UPDATE WINDOWS and Reboot and then Refresh updates from Proseries. DONE!!! 

WATERMARKS GONE FROM QUICK COLLECT FORMS!!!!!!

FYI: Agent Sofia stayed with me for 2.5 hours until windows and Proseries finish the updates. I was so happy that I answered the SURVEY for the first time to give her 10++++
