I've downloaded the 2020 ProSeries product, and during the installation I chose to transfer all of my 2019 tax clients. 19 of my clients (mix of 1040, 1120, and 1120S) didn't transfer, and all I'm getting is a cryptic error message of: "an unknown error occurred while attempting to transfer". Has anyone else run into this issue? Thanks.
Yep... many have. And they've posted about it; see the numerous threads discussing that it is TOO early to transfer. Wait for updates, wait for January.
