Within the past two weeks I've had multiple times where ProSeries "wants to make sure it's me". The only option is to call my cell which never happens. No call is ever received. And there is no option to receive a text. Other times there are both options. I cannot log in if I cannot give the verification code. Any suggestions?
ANSWERED - found in Sign In & Security ProSeries changed my preference from text to phone. No clue why.
I'm sure you did some sleep walking one night and made the change without realizing it. We all know that the software would never do anything like that on its own 😬
