How do you notify ProSeries about errors in their program so they can be fixed?

You can post the error here and see if its a known error, and if not, a moderator could forward it to the powers that be.

PA S-Corp software not pulling the PA Rev ID from the prior year return.  It always has in the past.

Spouse copy of 8821 will not print correctly.  The identifying information at the top prints, but the part that has the years and type of notices that the taxpayer wants to be sent to their tax preparer is blank even though on screen it is filled out correctly.

The Intuit Postmark reports that the return has been accepted immediately after you send it but it does not report the submitted date and time.

We normally print these reports and attach them to our PDF copy of the return to as proof of filing.  After the return is accepted, the submission date and time fields of the report populate, but if there is a problem and the return is not accepted you have no proof the return was submitted timely.

It didn't work like this last year.
