Hmm. Could you show a screenshot of the error?

And to confirm, is this Basic? Have you selected this as one of your states?

What happens if you go to Tools -> License, Verify License & Click "View Return Usage & State Licenses"?  You should see the # of states associated with your license and what states are licensed.
