I have a new LLc, New EIN, new company. I have applied for a new EFIN.   Am I able to change my downloaded 2019 Proseries  within the program or do I need to set up as if I am a new customer

Thank You

If you are talking about a new company that will be doing taxes, if you changed the information with IRS from what you gave to intuit when you purchased tax program you will have to give intuit a copy of new application from IRS. You cannot change it yourself in program.

You'll want to print out a copy of the EFIN application summary that shows the new firm name, scan it into a pdf, then call into Intuit, they will tell you how to send it to them so that your license can be updated.   Once theyve updated on their end, you Re-License (Tools > License Products) the software and the new info should appear.
