I don't do billings in the software, but if you don't have a freezer handy in the office, you can always print it to a pdf to free the date for eternity or longer if necessary.

ex-AllStar, ex-Lutefisk taste taster, ex-ACME product tester
and ex marks the spot where those rocks and anvils hit me.
