i have not been able to access the fam win files for 18 months . I use th. e software for my church so i don't need it for taxes. I tried working with intuit but they don't have a solution. I can see the files but it look like the software is disconnected from the files. Can anyone help me i have done everthing that i know how to do. i ma at the end of my ropes. I don't know why intuit don't have solutions for these iseus

I'm sorry for the frustration. When you say you can see the files.. do you mean when you open up File Explorer you can see directories and files in the C:\FamWin19\CLIENTS directory? And when you say you can't access them.. do you mean that they do not show up in the main Clients View? Or that when you Open a client, nothing happens? Or something else?
