If 1099-B is attached to an efiled return, does the form 8453 still need to be mailed in with the forms already attached?

I just now really looked at the form and saw that it says mail with forms if you are attaching them. Interesting... aren't the attached forms good enough?  Actually, the form looks different now than it did earlier in the tax season.  It seems to say to mail it in with forms now when before it wasn't quite that specific.

No 8453 or mail when you attached the docs to the efiled return.

That is what I thought and the instructions don't say to not mail with the forms if they were attached to the efiled return.  I think the word "attached" threw me.  When the form says "for efiled return" and then it says "file this form if you are attaching one or more of the ...."    Thank you sjrcpa.  Appreciate it.   I have never mailed it before and wondered if I was doing something wrong all these years. 🤔
