How to E-file Ohio SD after OH return has been efiled?

Can I e-file the Ohio School District tax return through Proseries  if the Federal and Ohio returns have already been e-filed and accepted?   If so,

It can only be efiled with the state return so you will need to mail it in.

I found that I can also go directly to the OH Dept of Taxation and file on line there as well as mailing a hard copy to Ohio.
