The same way you did under the old law ------------------ and wait for the software to be updated.

An option until ProSeries has an update.  You can use the supporting statement for the current field to show the math applying the tax relief.  Ensure the 1099-G worksheet is selected when filing the return, so the additional information is attached to the return showing your math.  Hope this helps.
