Form SSA -1099 not importing from scanned docs

Form SSA-1099 appears in pre-import review screens but does not populate the SSA-1099 worksheet.  Has happened with 4 clients.

I wasnt aware you could scan that one in...its only a few keystrokes, not sure why youd need to.
